• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We ship worldwide!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please allow 1-5 days for us to process your order; once the item has been shipped it will take about 3 -14 days to arrive

• Quality of the items?

  We always get our stock shipped to us by our manufacturers instead of directly to you our lovely customers to check the quality of the items before we put it in stock.

  Most of our product photos are taken directly by me the shop owner instead of the default pictures taken by the manufacturers to make sure that what you see is what you really get!
  (however there may be very minor differences in colour because of the camera and also because colour display is different on different devices)

• How do I get cheap/free shipping?

  We understand shipping cost can be a headache and that's why we've decided to lower the burden of shipping costs by customising shipping costs according to region you live.

  Australian international shipping is very expensive and that's why we haven't been able to offer free shipping. The more items you buy in one order the more you get out of the the shipping costs~

  We also offer free shipping if your order adds up to $50 !

• Are you looking for affiliates?

  Hi, firstly we'd like to thank you for wanting to work with us! We are opening affiliation/sponsorship to owners social media platforms, such as Tumblr.

  If you're interested in being our affiliate, please send us an email with your tumblr url and a screenshot of your activities page and follower count!

  There is no strict follower requirement but please tell us why you think you will be a suitable promoter for our store~

• What is pre ordering?

  Preorder is ordering an item before it becomes officially a part of our stock.
  Basically you place a preorder and we then order the item from the manufacturer!

  We offer this for things like phone cases in order to ensure we get the right phone model/size for you!

  Preordering ensures that what you want is what we get so that there's no inefficiencies!
  Please do note that preorders may taken longer to process and get to you because we can only send you the item after the manufacturer has delivered the stock to us ^^ This is so that we can check the quality of the item before we deliver it to you

• Something that you want is out of stock?

  An item you really want to purchase is sold out? Contact us and request us to put it back in stock and we'll do our best to bring it back for you! (especially if there are multiple requests for it)
